Cycle Settings

Compensation Administrators have access within the Paychex Flex Engage product to access Cycle Settings from the left hand menu by selecting Manage Compensation -> Cycle Settings.

Keep in mind: The settings entered here will be used for all of your compensation cycles created.

Notifications

Compensation admins are able to determine if email notifications are enabled for compensation cycles. If the slider is enabled than the following email notifications are enabled:

• Recommenders will receive email notifications when the cycle is launched for the employees they are assigned to provide recommendations for.
• Weekly reminder email to recommenders if they have not finished submitting recommendations.
• Approvers will receive an email notification each time a recommender submits their recommendations so approvers are aware there is an action item pending.
• Admins will receive an email notification when approvers submit their approvals so admins can go in and review submissions in a timely manner.

Compensation Statement Details

When a compensation cycle is completed, employees will have access to a compensation statement. This will contain information entered in this section, as well as their new compensation details at the top. 

Logo: Admins are able to upload a custom logo for their business to personalize their compensation statements. The recommended logo dimension is 180 pixels by 130 pixels. The file that is uploaded should be under 1mb. You may upload a file that is any of the following file types: png, jpg, jpeg, and svg.

Statement Title: In this text field you will enter the text each employee will see at the top of their statements. 

Intro Text: This field will display a set of text at the bottom of each employees compensation statement. A best practice is entering some information about your compensation adjustments since it will help employees understand the process.
