Point To Dollar Ratio

Paychex Flex® Engage offers Rewards Admins the option to view and change the amount of cents per point each is worth in their account. They can change this amount by reaching out to their support representative. By default, the system sets each new account to 100 cents per point.

Milestone Points

Option to set up automatic points to be sent to employees on their anniversary and/or birthday. For anniversary points, you are able to set up ranges based on tenure. For birthdays, you can set an amount of points to be given out to each employee but can not be segmented by tenure.

Low Balance

Option to receive an email when the rewards catalog balance reaches a specific amount. This would be a reminder to add more funds.

Order Approvals

If you wish to not approve each order redemption and allow them to receive the order details once redeemed, please scroll to the bottom of the Reward Settings tab and select “Bypass Reward OrderApproval”. Please keep in mind this does not apply to custom items.

Points per hour worked

Rewards admin can take advantage of the point per hour worked feature if they would like to assign points to employees for each hour they have worked on their pay stubs.

Group Filters:

You can setup a filter and create groups that would be eligible to receive the points for the amount of hours they have worked. After making your selections, you can hit save and youll see the grouping that haver been saved and are eligible. Keep in mind, the number of hours are calculated when payroll is run.
