The Aspire module enables organizations to define, manage, and grow employee careers through structured competencies and career tracks. It provides a foundation for career development, skills assessment, and long-term growth planning.
Aspire is tightly integrated with Reviews v3 and must be enabled before it can be used.
Prerequisite
- Reviews v3 must be enabled to access and use the Aspire module.
- If Reviews v3 is not enabled, Aspire will not be available to administrators or employees.
